This dress is built off of a bustier and is pleated at the bust to the waist. There is one strap that is covered in fabric flowers the flowers continue onto the dress and go down to the waist. There are drapes on the bottom on each side.This dress looks super cute with one of our gold belts, sold separately for $70 and its removable! The dress is made out of silk chiffon and is available in white, off white or cream.
